Each runner/walker participating in the event must fill out and sign
a 2011 Registration Form,
available by clicking on the link below.

Anyone
under 18 years of age must have their registration form signed by
a parent or guardian in order to participate.

Registration
forms will be collected at the event before the start of the race on November 20th.
No one may participate without submitting a signed registration
form.

$20
registration fee per adult participant (18 & older) is due at the time of registration.

The
first 100 paying registrants will receive a free t-shirt, so register
early!

Each
participant is asked to recruit and collect donations before
the event. Ask your friends, family, co-workers, students, teachers,
and customers to donate to this worthy cause - and don't forget to make a donation yourself. Use the 2011 Registration Form to collect donations (click on the hotlink above).

All donation checks
should be made out to JOHNS HOPKINS UNIVERSITY, with "Run for
George " written in the memo field.

Each
donor should provide his/her name, address, and e-mail address.
E-mail addresses will be used ONLY for the purpose of thanking people
for their donation/participation and for future event reminders.

Monetary
donations are tax deductible. A tax receipt will be sent by Johns Hopkins University for each donation of $250 or more.

Bring
your registration/donation form and all donations to the event -
they will be collected at the time of registration.
